The Winner

From non-competitor to naan competitor: a delicious chicken peanut curry by Ming!

2rd Place: Kathryn & Karen's "Feed the Beast" (w/ mango chutney).

3rd Place: Pete & Aniko's brother-sister "Palmerston Court" veggie curry.

Shout out to all who brought their spices to the Chateau (8 competitors in all). Thanks to everyone who showed, esp for eating the highly experimental curry-almond waffles, and for humouring the sexiest novice bartenders on the planet, including special guest Holly (tremendous cookies, H).

Next up: Chateau Snail Derby.

As one of foundator of "War on curry" ,also competitor, I must claim there's was cheat in the vote of the curry.

I don't say that because my shrimps were last ranked, Toronto is a place of english who don't know anything about fine food and talent!!!

I explain my theory, as an interational neutral vote observer (and accountant recognized and proud) we can't rank competitors by adding their rank as points in order to obtain a winner.

We have to rate the ranks by adding calculation to obtain a real winner example, a competitor get 1st for 10 persons, then it will obtain points a second competitors got Third and second and second place his score will be up to 10 but don't desserve the victory, you see.

second awkward point, I taste 2 differents peanut curry, all were assumed to be LC curry during the vote, which is confusing and prove in the same time that canadian are peanut butter eaters not curry gourmet!!

Well I have to say that a out of a proper and clear answer to this message Ill be force to contact the authorities The known IFCF
(the International Food Contest Federation) and my government, Steven Harper and also which is even more scary the Pentagon.

I recommend that LC take back the glorious crown for obvious reasons and a new contest be organized.

Thanks for your help guys and hosting the Contest and for your drinks Pat out of my personal mojito.

J-M (aka M. Crankypants to LC)
